Cluster Finance Director

Job Description : CLUSTER FINANCE DIRECTOR THAILAND at one of the world leading hospitality group has just become available. About the Cluster Finance Director Role: You will be a trusted business leader to provide financial expertise and leads the delivery of financial analysis and reports that would enable the commercial leadership to make business decisions, optimise business value and manage financial risks. The package for this role includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund. Key Responsibilities: · Ensure proper and timely financial management, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning · Establish reporting tools and metrics to consistently measure and evaluate performance in the commercial arena in collaboration with regional teams · Support Commercial Finance, with leading the cluster in continuous improvement · Provide support and training to enable exemplary performance in cross-functional environment · Provide support and analysis for regional leaders of the commercial teams · Works to enhance the organisation’s capabilities through effective staffing and development of the Finance team · Actively support the development and training of associates · Develop strong knowledge of key business factors and works with the business leaders to drive cost effective Marketing · Lead the preparation of strategic plans/long range plans, budgets and forecasts for all business units · Manage larger business processes and/or projects, setting priorities and measurable objectives, monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results · Obtain a thorough understanding of the accounting system to maximise the quality of management reporting The successful candidate must be able to fulfil core financial analysis role covering planning and analysis, business partnering, and accountable for the accounting functions. · Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting · At least 20 years related work experience in finance and accounting with at least five years in managerial position · Strong local statutory knowledge preferred · Cluster experience is an advantage · Relevant industry background in hospitality or service sector would be a plus · Fluent English communication skills · Flexible in relocation and travelling
