Job Description : GM THAILAND A leading FMCG company is looking for a General Manager (x1 vacancy) in Bangkok to set business direction and strategic plans for the local affiliate to meet agreed tangible, measurable KPI’s of the business objectives and financial goals for all brands under the professional umbrella sold in the country. About the General Manager: As the General Manager, you will head directly the full business entity – sales, marketing, and supporting functions. You will enjoy attractive salary with bonus. Key Responsibilities: · Show strong vision business savvy and analytical ability to identify the business challenges, potential of development and competitive local marketplace · Cascade global brand strategy and business plans to drive brand development & sales growth and enhance overall local presence and image in direct relationship with major customers and industry KOL and stakeholders. · Orchestrate team management & creation of its culture · Ensure compliance with health & safety and business rules in line with company regulatory requirements · Responsible for the local professional business division P&L · Set budgets and ensure proper management & control in the following areas to meet annual budget · Set sales targets in line with budgets and steers implementation in link to activity plans · Responsible for all key management decisions on local operations, sales & brand marketing ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines and business compliance · Ensure ambitious business growth by implementing adequate business plans and marketing activities · Manage business & marketing analytics and submit regular reports on financial and marketing activities · Build ownership and commitment among team members, equipped performing organisation and people development plan. · Develop strong teamwork through effective communication across departments · Develop a ‘winning culture’ & demonstrating continued improvement in staff engagement To succeed in the General Manager, you will need to have an ability to work effectively and co-operative with other account managers. Key Requirements: · At least 10 years of work history, experience in general manager position or minimum on sales and marketing management or equal level · Strong commercial management experience will be an added advantage · Bachelor degree or above EXPATS ONLY
