10 yearsJob Description : COUNTRY MANAGER KENYA Will be spearheading sales for the region overseeing day-to-day sales, marketing and operations focusing on the long-term interests of the business. Pursues & drives existing and new business opportunities besides managing all functions like Sales management, Project completion, employee performance, corporate management etc Job Profile : · Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share · Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets · Monitor competitor products and sales · Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly · Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail · Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions · Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events · Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion · Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation · Report to Director Desired Profile: · 10+ years of ICT products sales experience out of which 5+ years in Africa preferably East Africa · Familiarity with technical sales, distribution sales, tender submission and project · Excellent knowledge of IT (computer, server, back up, firewall etc) · Fluency in English language (written & oral) · Excellent communication & negotiating skills · Strong analytical skills & knowledge of applications · Embracing diversity and different culture · Detailed oriented and self driven Compensation: Net around $2500 - $3000 + all other benefits
