Job Description : CEO - Luxury Motor Showroom Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates Motor Showroom CEO has the overall responsibility of creating, planning, implementing and integrating the strategic directions of the Motor Showroom brand. This includes responsibility for all components and departments of the entire Motor Showroom. Must have strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to understand profit and loss statement and manage a large, diverse staff. Experience in Luxury car trading is ideal for this position. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business or any related field. Minimum 15 years of UAE experience in the automotive industry ideally in Luxury car trading. Male, between 38 to 48 years old. Familiarity on the Motor Showroom operations in the UAE and other countries. Car enthusiast, loves cars and has extensive knowledge of the luxury automotive industry. Excellent command of the English language. Arabic and Mandarin speakers are also preferred. Excellent interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills are required for this position. Excellent customer experience is top priority.
