Job Description : GM WEST AFRICA 20+ years experience Engineering or Science graduate with hands on Marketing Experience of water tanks, hardware/Building Materials/similar products in the distribution channel and be responsible for the profitability of the division. The selected candidate will be responsible to oversee daily operations of the business unit o Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports Oversee key hiring and mentoring, ensuring deliverance Sustaining current market position and growing market share. Creating business plans to support the company's financial objectives. Supporting sales teams and key account managers in retention of existing clients. Defining long-term strategic goals and developing clear plans to implement them. Improving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit. Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections. Ensuring Management Reports to the Board in time Responsible for the Profitability of the Unit,Candidate to have exposure to finance / budget management, procurement and techno commercial functions. Professionals with independent responsibility to handle sales, operations and entire business and willing to relocate to Africa. Exposure to poly tanks/storage tanks preferred. Africa experience is an added advantage. Required Candidate profile Science/Engineering graduate with exposure to Africa markets for operations, business development and profitability of the division. 2) EXPORT HEAD OUT OF NORTH INDIA 20+ years experience To manage and develop Export business for FP /Offset/NW and to work application and R&D team to roll out new products and validations for at Key accounts /Regional accounts. Must have experience of export business, FTA and global political and economy conditions. Responsible for complete top line and contribution margins delivery as per targets . Keep a close tab on competing products and changing technology trends in the market and work closely with the application and R&D team to develop new products. To promote the existing business and also develop New Potential business in his region by promoting solutions and improve the brand image by leading the marketing activities of the region. Scouting for new opportunities and strengthen the existing relationship in order to bring at a level of partnership. Creating USP's and implementation of Uflex's FP differentiation strategy in the market. To coordinate with PPC for demand supply , Budget and forecasting planning. Prepare the complete business plan for Flexible packaging/Offset/NW and ability to handle the regional export teams for various countries. Required Candidate profile Should have strong Exposure of Exports into Inks and Adhesive Business. Should have handled Major Converters Worldwide.
