Job Description : INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER TANZANIA Steel manufacturing industry · Develop internal control on all support function related to operation · overall knowledge of business and functions · Develop internal control for to manage other support activity as well as commercial functions for getting best business result · Planning and execution of Audit plan. · Completing on-site business audits, evaluating the effectiveness of controls and writing up reports · Internal risk controls · Financial Audit: Audit of Monthly MIS, Financial transactions, Payments/receipts, Debtors/creditors managements system, Finding reporting, accounting excellence by providing guidance to Finance controller · Operational audit: Production Audit , Yield analysis, variance analysis , system and control matrix, Wastage management and controlling over wastages, Inventory and Stock audit , Risk Analysis, Maintenance and repairs etc Reporting to : Head- Group Internal Audit Desired Candidate Profile · Qualified CA with 8+years of experience as an Internal auditor in manufacturing industries
