Job Description : Onshore Instrument Maintenance Engineer Job Location: UAE Industry: Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Experience : 1. 10+ years operation and maintenance support to oil & gas control & instrumentation installations 2. Control & Instrumentation systems including Field Instrumentation & Devices, DCS, PLC, Controls PLC-5 and RSLogix 5000, Pneumatic Controls, Turbine & Compressor/Pump Controls (Rolls Royce/Solar/Dresser), Vibration Monitoring Systems, Gas Compressor Surge Control Systems, Fire & Gas & ESD Systems, Control & Shutdown Valves. Fuel Control Valves, Plant Information Management System 3. Oil & Gas industry codes, specifications, and practices 4. CMMS systems. Oracle Preferred 5. Long term and short-term control system upgrade projects to increase reliability, having input into its design, installation, commissioning 6. Obsolescence studies of the installed equipment and develop options that will improve the reliability of the originally installed equipment 7. Develop plans for the execution of instrumentation or control projects 8. Drive business processes to ensure project gates, management of change, and supply chain processes 9. Participate as the Operations Support FAT/SAT witness to verify the correct installation and functionality of any given instrumentation on a new project
