Job Description : SENIOR FIUNANCE MANAGER VIETNAM An MNC in engineering and technology industry based in Ho Chi Minh City is calling applications for Senior Finance Manager. About the Senior Finance Manager Role: You will report to General Manager in Vietnam and function heads in region. Your main responsibilities are to overview, lead the team to prepare and report all the financial, accounting and controlling matters for Vietnam business. Key Responsibilities: · Analyse and interpret financial information that corporate executives need in order to make sound business decisions · Being responsible for business controlling topics including planning, budgeting and reporting for trading businesses as well as back office functions · Manage relationships with all external stakeholders (bank/audit firm/tax authority) · Review bookkeeping, monitor cash flow · Develop and supervise the team to fulfil all relevant requirements in Vietnam To succeed as Senior Finance Manager, you should have at least 10 years working experience in MNC environment in which two years as manager level, plus strong communication skills for dealing with both internal and external parties. You should be proactive, dynamic, and integrity. Key Requirements: · Strong stakeholder management skills · Leadership skills is a must · Good problem-solving skills, communications · Fluent in English communication · SAP experience is a plus · Excellent in Microsoft office suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) · Tech savvy
