Job Description : MD VIETNAM Leading entire business operations of the company, the General Director belong to Executive Boards and responsible to drive the successful Vietnam operations of the company. About the General Director Role: You will be responsible to the factory P&L, all operations team will report to General Director. Key Responsibilities: · Leading in the front, provide continual leadership and guidance to management team · Manage demand planning, purchasing, materials warehouse, production, inventory, and logistics departments. · Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in achieving the company goals · Build and maintain the relationship with business partners · P&L responsibilities · Established protocol and policies required · Promote continuous improvement/ re-engineering culture · Develop people To be successful in this position, potential candidate should have strong leadership skills in driving a large scale manufacturing business. Key Requirements: · University degree and above · More than 15 years experience in health care industry/ medical devices manufacturing management or related, within 10 years operations management · Good financial skills · Good experience with FDA/ Lean/ OSHA compliance · Strong in communication, leadership
