Job Description : Head - Quality (GM) Reporting to: Plant Head Requirement Location: Delhi NCR Experience Require: 20+ Years experience with Leadership role Required Education: Full Time BE/B.Tech Salary Budget: Maximum 60 Lakhs per annum Key Expectations: * To plan & implement quality strategy to ensure product quality as per customer requirement. * To conduct Process & Layout Audit for the plant. * To conduct Cp & Cpk studies in the plant. * To ensure implementation of TS16949 guidelines in the plant. * To ensure stabilization of all new models /products & special technologies. * To analyze customer complaints, and ensure corrective & preventive actions. * To ensure set up approval. * To support in all customer audits and customer related requirements. * R&R and calibration of all type of gauges, masters, fixtures, etc. Key Competencies: * Should possess excellent business and strategic orientation. * Knowledge of modern concept of quality systems & practices, quality management systems. * Should have an excellent track record of people management skills and team leadership qualities.
