Job Description : Vice President /Site Head -Mfg Operation -API -South India Job Description/Responsibilities Ø Comprehensive leadership & Management of API Manufacturing Operations. Ø Productivity Improvement, Yield enhancement, Quality & Timely Delivery Capable to lead Initiatives on World Class Manufacturing Ø Ability to Optimize Plant Capacities, Utilities and Manpower for Cost Effectiveness /Optimisation Ø Ensure cGMP/ Regulatory/Statutory Requirements Ø The Incumbent will be Responsible for Managing Overall Site Operation, Liasioning with Govt. Bodies, Inter -Departmental Co-ordination, Customer and Vendor Dealing etc. lead the Entire Plant team with lot of Initiative and Drive to Change the existing System to bring them in line of Professionally Managed Organization with responsive & Motivated Team for Achieving the set Targets . Production / Plant Operations - Developing Plans , Budgets & Volumes, Concepts for Process Optimization, Yield Improvement to ensure Achievement of Targets as per Budgeted Parameters. Ø QMS Implementation & Compliance- Conducting Regular Internal Audits, Root Cause Analysis, Troubleshooting and Reviews to ensure Adherence to Highest Standards. Process Enhancement -To Carry out Improvement in Existing Products Based on Market Trends & Requirements by Cost Saving Techniques/ Measures and Modifications to Achieve Substantial Reduction in Expenditures & Work within the Budget. Ø Lead CSR Initiatives & Responsible for Creating Plant Level ECO System Candidate Profile: Chemical Engineers/ M. Sc.with More than 25 years of Experience in Managing API Operations Good Leadership, Team Building, Management & Motivation Skills
