The Corporate Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will Facilitate New Hires for the Company. This will include Screening, Recruiting, Interviewing, and Placing Corporate Employees. The Corporate Chief Human Resources Officer, will Lead Corporate Human Resource and Planning Department in On-Boarding New Employees, and guide the New Employees through the Complicated Process of Benefits and Compensation.
