Job Description : GM FINANCE DUBAI FOR MINING AND INFRASTRUCTURE Accounting : overview of day to day accounting, periodical reporting, financial statement, Audit, Analyses and Management reporting etc. Banking : Day to day liaison with the banks, Procuring and handling credit facilities, compliances, KYC, Opening / operating accounts, Overseas transactions, etc. Finance : daily/ weekly/ monthly cash flow, Projections, variance analyses. Budgeting : Revenue, Expenses, capital expenses budgeting and control. Compliances : Ensuring statutory, secretarial and tax compliance Risk Mitigation : Mitigating currency/ floating interest risk by doing following appropriate hedging policies. Internal Control : Ensuring compliances of financial policies and internal control systems Project accounting: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management Interaction with other group companies / offices in different jurisdictions. Required Candidate profile Required Candidate profile Qualification: Chartered Account (CA) with post qualification experience of minimum 10 years out of which at least 5 years should be on a senior position in a medium/ large organisation in UAE. Working experience: in EPC/ Power /Mining and oil & Gas sector will be an added advantage. UAE work experience: Must have handled Banking and credit facilities independently in UAE for last 4-5 years Communication Skill: Should be able to handle commercial matters with good communication skills Legal Documents: Should have experience/ knowledge of drafting various agreements, MOUs and other legal documents.
