Job Description : CFO UAE for a rapidly growing international Fintech in the crypto space. This is an opportunity to join an already successful and established international Fintech reach the next stage in it's journey as they enter further rounds of funding and growth: Key Responsibilities: · Lead, manage and grow the finance division · Experience selecting an ERP system and ensuring successful implementation of the system · Applying date & analytics to build financial models that can drive group wide strategy · Establish and lead a complex treasury division with high levels of volatility · Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits · Manage fundraising rounds and taking a lead role on investor relations & corporate financing · Ability to evaluate potential investment opportunities and M&A targets Requirements: · Industry experience ideally in tech / fintech / digitally orientated companies · 10+ years' of finance experience bot strategic and operational. · Prior experience building teams from scratch · A natural curiosity in cutting edge Fintech especially cryptocurrencies Role location is potentially flexible and remote working is also an option.
