Operations Manager

Job Description : TRUCKING OPERATIONS MANAGER QATAR Benefits : Annual Bonus, Kids education assistance for up to 3 kids, Medical for self and family , Air ticket for self and Family , Gratuity Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree is preferred - 6 8 years of experience in a similar role in Logistics or Transportation industry running complex trucking operations - Experience in managing large number of workforce and drivers across locations - Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service and Operations experience - Trucking Manager experience - Minimum 10 years of hands on experience in managing day to day land transport operations with at least 50 fleet. - Experience must be from transport - bus fleet or rental car fleet will not be considered - Must be familar with Air and Ocean Port handling procedures.
