Job Description : CFO QATAR SIMEX Group, Doha, Qatar, which has a business interest in Real Estate, Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail and Franchising is hiring a CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER with the below qualifications: • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; CPA, MSc/MBA, CMA is a plus. • At least 20 years' experience in the finance industry and managing a team. • With depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP). • Ability to strategize and solve problems • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Excellent communication and people skills • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers The eligible candidate shall possess the below competencies: • Strategic and Tactical Planning • Business Acumen & Operations • Reporting & Control • Leadership • Digital Technology & Data Analytics • Ethics Compliance The recruitment cycle will take an average of 1 month and the candidate will go through the below selection phases: 1.
