Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD NIGERIA FOR FLEET DIVISION Position: Operation Head- Fleet Division Reporting t o : Executive Management Job Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the fleet business. Overall responsibility for overseeing the efficient maintenance and operations of the trucks. Overall responsibility for developing, costing and implementing detailed maintenance plan for the trucks. Setting up of maintenance infrastructure including Equipments and spare parts Building a sustainable team for the business. Overall responsibility for the type and specifications of trucks to be acquired Overall responsibility for the development, costing and implementation of sustainable fleet renewal plan for the fleet business. Candidate Requirement: Must have 7-10 years' experience in Fleet Management particularly operations and maintenance in a hands-on capacity. Must have experience in planning, setting up and running maintenance infrastructure/yard for the maintenance of heavy duty trucks. Must have experience in developing, costing and implementing maintenance programmes for heavy duty trucks. Must have experience in managing maintenance engineers and truck drivers. Must have experience in setting up and running trucking operations such as managing truck positioning and lead times. Candidate should be required to travel across the country. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in the use of software's and applications for the efficient maintenance and operations of trucks and general fleet management applications People management and leadership skills
