Job Description : GM MALAYSIA FOR PLANTATIONS Oversee 5000 acres of oil palm estates in Perak; administer and govern all daily estate operations; analyze and alter estate operations for better & improved results and performance; ensuring the estates are operating in optimum efficiency. Requirements: · Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent. · At least 10 years experience in a senior operational management capacity. · Good in all aspects of oil palm estate operation, with MSPO and replanting knowledge. · Computer literate, fluent in English & Malay, Mandarin is an added advantage. · Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking and matured individual who possesses a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, and desire to excel in the job. · Leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
