Job Description : GM FINANCE PUNE INDIA Controlling of Budget, Forecast, MIS ,Preparation and Audit of financials under IGAAP, Income Tax, VAT and GST, International Transaction, Compliance, Transfer pricing, Banking, Treasury, foreign Trade, DGFT, export Incentive, India GAP and US GAP, CA with 15 -18 yrs exp. in manufacturing set up preferably in an MNC. Worked in ERP like SAP or Oracle. Exp. in RBI/FEMA compliance of 100% Subsidiary of Foreign Company.
