The company is a progressive professionally managed family owned group very EXECUTION focused The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): As the Group CFO - to handle all facets of Finance, Accounts, MIS, Taxation, Project Management, JVs, PE Investments, ERP etc. Special focus on - Fund raising / JV / M&A - LISTING the COMPANY - Statutory & Regulatory COMPLIANCE - Treasury - Strategic planning Be one of the anchors for the planned growth - to triple turnover in 5 years to 5000+ cr. The Person (Candidate Details): 1. Age : around 50 years ( preferred) 2. CA / MBA ( plus LLB / CS preferred) 3. Currently CFO of a 3000+ cr. Manufacturing operation - LISTED HIGH GROWTH COMPANY 4. Experience of working in Manufacturing organization.- preferably in process industry - Chemicals, Pharma - 5. M&A / JV / Fund raising 6. Fund management, Banking, Investor relations 7. Experience in LISTING a company 8. Strong Leadership and Organization Skills 9.
