Job Description : CFO CAPE TOWN SOUTH AFRICA Looking for candidates form South Asia The CFO will be responsible for a group for Companies, both local and international to take overall responsibility for optimising the Groups financial operations, determining the financial policies as well as financial management for the Group. Responsibilities · Review to ensure full and correct set of management reports · Identify financial objectives for the Group and determine processes and procedures needed to accomplish this · Manage the team in conjunction with Exco/BUL · Manage the day to day operations for the financial department · Exco contribution towards overall company performance and direction Qualifications and Skills · CA/CIMA qualified · 20 years + of financial management experience · Hands on Entrepreneurial approach with a strong drive fro financial process and procedures required · African experience mandatory
