Commercial Finance Manager

Job Description : COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER THAILAND A leading international FMCG business is seeking a high calibre Commercial Finance Manager (x1 vacancy) in Bangkok to support a continuous success in Thailand business. About the Commercial Finance Manager Role: In this business partnering role, you will need to understand business as a whole and able to communicate with related parties. The package for this role includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund. Key Responsibilities: · Ensure business is on the target by tracking, controlling and monitoring all commercial tasks especially in trade spending, marketing expenses and capital expenditure · Lead financial planning and analysis which includes actual, rolling forecast, annual budget, track and control business result tightly as regular basis, identify problem and provide the possible solutions, prepare management · Act as business partner with related function by understanding business as a whole and able to communicate to related parties effectively · Responsible for data management - to be champion of financial model, SAP-CO & BI and other related system, ensure data accuracy and aligned with the operation, standardise and enhance the systems · Lead and coach the team as business direction · Other ad hoc assignments - performing feasibility study regarding to business tasks including capital expenditure, new products, new pricing and promotion study and evaluation · Others as assigned To succeed in this role, you must have strong business acumen and able to communicate effectively to the related stakeholders. Key Requirements: · At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting · Minimum 10 years' experience in roles & responsibilities related to commercial finance especially for FMCG · Strong business acumen, solid analytical skill, problem solving and logical thinking · Strong accounting and financial background · Good team player and able to work under pressure · Good interpersonal skill · Maturity and able to work as a business partner with related functions · Effective communication skill and effective time management
