Job Description : General Manager Human Resource(HOD - Corporate & Plant)" who would be based out of Delhi /NCR. The incumbent would ideally be from Auto components/ Manufacturing industry who will make a tangible impact within the organisation. Candidate Profile ->A Full Time Masters Degree in Human Resources ->Ideally 18 to 25 Years' Experience preferably in the Auto Component Industry . -> Must have Multiple/ Multi City/ Multi Culture plant handling experience -> Exceptional leadership, management, strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills ->Excellent Time-management and organizational Development skills ->Experience in implementing good people practices, Planning and execution ->Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills ->Result Oriented, Desirous to grow and self-driven -> Effectively managed and implemented Strategice HR processes, Statutory requrirements etc.
