Job Description : AVP- Agile Transformation Roll-out Support Location: Dubai/ Abu Dhabi , UAE Summary • Expedites Agile roll-out and adoption of new ways of working across domains • Improves DevOps awareness and capabilities in Agile Transformation team Main accountabilities • Support implementation of Agile roll-out plan and key milestones. • Build DevOps awareness in Agile Transformation team and track progress of adoption across domains. Skills • Experience in enterprise Agile Coaching / Consulting. • At least intermediate-level knowledge of DevOps principles and process. Hands-on DevOps experience and a background in Agile Engineering practices (XP, CI/CD, Test and Release automation) is preferred. • Ability to develop working relationships across all entities of a bank, with multiple stakeholders
