Job Description : MANUFACTURING HEAD GUJRAT INDIA leading Steel/metal company. They are currently looking for a Cluster Head to manage 4 manufacturing facilities based out of West India. The position is based out of Gujarat. Reporting to the Director Manufacturing, you will be responsible for: · Planning, organising, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer's expectations. · Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimising unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standard. · Ensuring production output, product quality and on-time shipping of materials. An ideal candidate should have a full time Engineering degree with 20+ years of experience in handling manufacturing within metal/steel industry. You should have experience in handling multiple sites. You should have knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes. You should have an excellent track record in your earlier professional stint and should be ready for the next challenging assignment in a fast-paced environment.
