Operations Head

Job Description : HEAD MINING OPERATIONS MAHARASTRA INDIA leading player in the mining industry operating out of multiple locations in India. They are currently looking for a Head of Mining Operations who will be based out of Maharashtra. Reporting to the Managing Director of the company, you will be responsible for: · Managing end-to-end mining operations with key focus on profitability & optimal utilisation of resources · Executing various mining projects entailing design, selection and provision of machines, facilities and systems for mining. · Liaising work with Central Govt/Various Ministers in India, Public Relation work, Managing Clearances through Govt. Authorities, Affiliated with Trade bodies, Chamber of Commerce, Foreign Embassies etc. · Managing internal & external affairs for effective utilisation of resources, taking care of Mining Operations and Statutory/Safety aspects. · Integrating solid management, business development and personnel leadership in pursuit of bottom-line goals and objectives An ideal candidate should have a full time engineering degree with 15+ year of experience in mining operations. You should have experience in managing all technical, legal and safety aspects of mining operations worth at least 500 Cr. You should possess strong leadership capabilities. You should have a profound understanding of formulating strategies to enhance corporate growth in the natural resources sector. You should have an excellent track record in your earlier professional stint and should be ready for the next challenging assignment in a fast paced environment.
