Job Description : CFO for a leading pharma company. Key Responsibilities: *Driving the company's financial planning in both India and overseas. *Performing effective risk management for both India and overseas operations *Providing strategic recommendations to the management Requirement: Proven experience as CFO or relevant role Minimum 15-20 years of relevant work experience Manufacturing Industry experience is preferred. In depth knowledge of corporate financial law, Transfer Pricing and risk management practices Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software Ability to strategize and solve problems Strong leadership and organizational skills An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers CA is a pre-requisite.
