Business Development Manager

Job Description : BDM UAE To support DP World’s development of projects in Logistics, Ports and Free zone in MEA region. The role demands a high level understanding of the logistics sector, with strong technical skills in project appraisal, corporate finance, and project finance. The job entails supporting the entire business development life cycle from the initial review the feasibility of projects through to concession or joint venture negotiations to implementation and project investment review. This is a chance to be a key contributor to one of the most exciting and fast developing regions within DP World’s global portfolio. Key Accountabilities · Participate in identifying and developing Logistics, Ports and Free zone projects. You will take part in investment evaluations for new terminals, depots, trucking, rail, and acquisition projects as well as major expansions in existing facilities – taking the project lead or providing support for larger strategic projects. · Take active part in developing the strategy for the Business Development team including identifying potential investment opportunities i.e. locations matching DP World’s investment criteria. · Lead analysis or initial review of
