Job Description : Developing and implementing effective sales strategies Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department Ensure timely collection of the credit sales and adhere to the credit policy of the company. Coordinate with sales team to plan promotional activities, trade shows and special events. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts Negotiate and close agreements with large customers Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and report variances against actual. Prepare sales contracts, proposals and reports for management and customers.
