10 yearsJob Description : PROJECT MANAGER NIGERIA TGI GROUP The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities · Set project timeline · Monitor project deliverables · Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress · Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them · Complete Project Management – setting up plant and running it later. Scaling up Chemical process to commercial scale, lead process & technology transfers · Preparation of Project feasibility and concept design · Coordination with external process/engineering consultants for plant process design and detail engineering · Lead the ordering process in consultation with Procurement & Group subsidiaries · Manage the project schedule and planning of activities, budget/expenditure tracking, forecasting · Manage multi-disciplinary project execution activities · Handle Pre-commissioning activities and stabilization · Create Factory Organogram and build operation team in coordination with HR Profile · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience · Strong business acumen in project planning and management · Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills · Full time Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from reputed institute · 10-12 yrs experience in Agro/Fine Chemical Industry · Must have experience of Project Management – Setting up of at least one Plant of similar nature/complexity having a budget of about USD 10-12 Million · Must have experience of Plant Operations – Worked/working as Production Manager /Factory Manager in a Agro /Fine Chemical company
