Job Description : BUSINESS OPERATION HEAD HYDREBAD INDIA Develop potential sectors for growth of engineering Business for new service offerings and solutions. Develops strategic planning for incubation and acquisition of customers for his department. Serves as a key member of the management team that sets Company strategic direction. Plans / manages projects directly related to policies or general business operations to meet specific objectives or general goals. responsible for assembling the team and technologies needed for delivering a complete solution sets achievable timelines and requirements and engages resources as needed for successful delivery of service offerings / solutions. Works with development teams, project management and client solutions to ensure that all Level of Efforts estimates for projects within the assigned program of work are accurate and aligned with both Company and client goals. manage P& L in high growth business implementation and refinement as required of formal process to support the services / practice offerings . Ensures that services offered are focused on meeting or exceeding customer requirements. resolve technical, staffing, or client issues . Motivates staff and provides technical direction & guidance on project management while playing role as that of manager & support resource / mentor . Hires and directs staff / Senior group members to meet scheduled commitments. Desired Candidate Profile BE / ME Mech with 15-20 years of work experience in large engineering MNC handling Design & Operations . Experience should be from Oil & Gas Engineering (Design) company is must . Experience of managing P&L .
