Job Description : MINING BRANCH MANAGER MOZAMBIQUE Location: Mozambique (Pemba) Nationality: Mozambican preferred (Open) Salary: International rates (plus benefits) Qualifications: 10 years experience Assignment: Permanent Job Description Achieve the set budgeted sales on an ongoing basis Increase market share Report branch financial performance monthly Manage staff Maintain company's SOP's and SHEQ policies and procedures Expand the scope of work beyond current services Minimum Requirements 10 years Branch Manager/Senior Project Manager experience. Knowledge of insulation (Hot, cold and cryogenic) Knowledge of scaffolding and painting/fireproof products. Financial and admin skills. Ability to build a good relationship between local and international customers. The ability to relate and interact with stakeholders of Mozambique Proficiency in Portuguese or Swahili will be highly advantageous
