Job Description : Operations Manager – Power Plant – Sharjah, UAE – 27,500 AED ($7,500) per month · Working at a modern power plant, the Operations Manager will report to the O&M Manager. · You will be responsible for managing the Shift Supervisor and Control Room team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the power plant. This position will involve administrative responsibilities and budget responsibility. · You will promote a strong safety culture. Developing and mentoring your team to develop their professional capabilities. · Candidates should have a Bachelors Degree and 3 years managerial experience in the operation of a power plant. Experience with boilers and steam turbine operations is required. · This position is offering an all-inclusive salary of up to 27,500 AED.
