Operations Head

Job Description : Head of Operations - Electronic Security Solutions. Candidates having sound knowledge in Electronic Security Solutions should only apply. This position is based out of Gurgaon and will report to P&L Head. Job Description: Managing Project Management, Execution & control. • Strategic planning for project execution • Manage the planning and implementation of Fire and Electronic Security Systems projects Pan India. • Manage entire life cycle of project execution from order till AMC. • Monitor day-to day site operations and maintain all appropriate project deliverables and responsibilities i.e. project scheduling, project management, issue management and status reporting. • Build and maintain relationships with all internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth, efficient and timely completion of projects and ensure efficient workflows are in place. • Achieve targeted revenue and profitability. • Work with project managers on day-to-day operational requirements and in the development of financial and budgetary plans. • Responsible for assuring the projects are on-budget and on-time and delivered with the expected value to the practices. • Develop long term operation strategies and work closely with the senior management to meet company objectives. Skills & Qualifications: • Engineering Degree BE in electrical/electronics. • 15+ years of Project execution experience in a senior leadership role in the Electronic Security Systems Industry. • Superior knowledge of the Electronic Security Systems project execution. • Strong in vendor management, client management and good Market connect. • Expert in System design of the products like Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access control, Building Management system, PA, Networking, Boom Barriers, and all other kind of electronic security systems including hands-on experience on Integration of all electronic security systems. • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines on Fire and Electronic Security Systems
