Deputy General Manager

Job Description : DGM HK A conglomerate business with over 100 years of history from United States with presence in over 20 countries globally. You will be the chief leader for their FMCG business in Hong Kong & Southeast Asia, a fast track to be promoted to General Manager upon satisfactory performance and achievements. • Direct, revamp and manage Hong Kong FMCG business activities. • Provide leadership and direction to the organization to successfully execute growth plans and achieve objectives. • Manage P & L including revenues, margins, operating expenses and credit. Monitor operating performance against budget. • Manage sales, marketing and stock ordering for key brands and suppliers to meet sales and profit targets. Monitor and manage working capital including receivables, inventory and payables. • Generate new business by exploring new products and developing close relationships with customers and key suppliers. Bachelor’s degree in business or related topics. MBA preferred. • Minimum 10-15 years in FMCG industries with 5 years or more experience in sales and marketing management roles • Prefer Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and English mandatory, with strong understanding and appreciation of local and international cultures.
