Managing Director

Job Description : MD DUBAI A leading financial institution in Dubai is currently looking for a Managing Director. This role will be responsible for investment banking; both conventional and Islamic finance investment banking services, advising on and arranging a wide variety of transactions. Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist the ongoing evolution of the business strategy through providing in-depth inputs on relevant markets trends, industry and competitor’s analysis, global best practices, clients/investors’ requirements, and relevant recommendations accordingly. · Liaise with senior officials of the corporate and FI relationships to help in pitching and winning advisory (M&A, Equity Advisory) mandates for the corporates and FIs across the globe. · Identifying competition, analyzing its strengths and weaknesses and making strategic recommendations accordingly. · Revenue generation from pitching, structuring and delivering mandates from across the globe. · Provide investment advice, tactics and recommendations in pitching and winning advisory mandates. Candidate Requirements: · Bachelor degree required, Chartered Accountancy or CFA or CPA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Management · Minimum 15 years relevant work experience in handling large acquisition deals and transaction experience. · Must have exposure to international best practices.
