15 yearsJob Description : SALES DIRECTOR VIETNAM As a result of ongoing and continued successes both within Vietnam and internationally, this global leader in FMCG industry is recruiting a Sales Director to join the office based in Ho Chi Minh City. About the Sales Director Role: Reporting to the Country Manager, you will lead the developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets · Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals · Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs · Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes · Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals · Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets To succeed in this role, you will need to effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Key Requirements: · At least three to five years experience at the same level coming from big FMCG company with proven track record ( 15-20 years exp) · Strong exposure in both GT and MT channel management will an advantage · Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions · Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish; Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills · Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
