Job Description : SCM ANGOLA About the role: The purpose of this position is optimise customer service level at lowest delivered cost, proactively collaborate with stakeholders to visibly impact and steer the Value Chain and provide a strong leadership role for the integration and optimisation of the company in the market and establish a motivated Supply Chain · Strongly support the Business in the market, drive and influence the creation of business strategy, its enablers and overall business management decisions. · Develop business partnerships that create sustainable value for customers, suppliers and for the company by instilling a mindset of service orientation. · Be the custodian of business planning, implement and enable cross / functional alignment with the Group / business priorities and challenges. · Create and communicate a compelling Supply Chain vision that maximises the value of operations to make it a competitive advantage. · Embed a culture of continuous improvement in Supply Chain operations to achieve high performance & results, drive initiatives on sustainability and shared value. · Develop as well as coach team members for personal, professional growth and empower leadership teams. · Highly developed analytical skills · Awareness of business trends and its requirements · Strive for Continuous Improvement · Well-developed Negotiation skills
