Project Supervisor

Job Description : PROJECT SUPERVISOR SINGAPORE a Singapore based engineering company with global projects and practice. In Singapore, they are involved in the project management services for the North South Corridor in Singapore. The project will include grade-separated carriageways on the viaduct and tunnel largely dual 3-lanes; except for certain stretch where it will be dual 4 lanes. The project is expected to complete in end year 2026. The tunnel section of the project is approximately 12.3km long and the remaining 9.2km is elevated viaduct and at-grade roads. As part of the project requirements, our client is looking to hire Supervisor (Flyover/Viaduct), to be based in Singapore. You will be required to: To provide construction supervision and inspection to ensure the Contractor(s) comply with the Authority’s Requirements and/or other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements To supervise all works, Permanent and Temporary, including civil and architectural works, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches and utilities diversion etc. and other associated works stipulated under the civil contract(s) To coordinate with the Contractor(s), Qualified Persons (Design) (QP(D)s), Accredited Checkers (ACs), Qualified Persons (Supervision) (QP(S)s), Instrumentation and Monitoring (IM) Contractor(s), relevant agencies, including interfacing Contractors and Consultant, etc. for the Works To supervise the fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on-site and off-site (where applicable) To supervise lifting operations to erect precast concrete elements To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters To supervise the installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation To verify and check quantity of work done for progress payment To provide any other services set out in the Scope of Services in the TOR To assist in the operating of the Project Monitoring Control Centre (PMCC) To inspect and assist in the issuance of E-Token for soil disposal Requirements ? Minimum Diploma or Degree in the civil/structural or equivalent Minimum 8 years of experience as Supervisor and at least 2 years of experience in Viaduct or Flyover construction Communication skills, both written and oral Organizational and negotiation skills Capability of working in diverse situations.
