Project Manager

Job Description : ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER SINGAPORE As the Engineering Project Manager, you are key in leading the development, design and construction of international manufacturing facilities. You will work closely with key stakeholders in site selection, permitting, establishing and managing local government relationships, establishing a supply chain, and developing local co-manufacturing partnerships for finished food production. Your primary responsibilities include: · Conceptual design, engineering, and construction of the first international manufacturing facility, including the management of external resources · Establish and manage project scope, deliverables, cost, timelines, and resources to ensure project goals · Work closely with relevant stakeholders and governmental organisations for successful project completion · Establish learning goals at each phase of scale-up and apply to subsequent capital projects · BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering · Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering project management within food processing and/or fermentation industries · Excellent interpersonal and team management skills · Prior experience building capital projects in the food industry (Singapore-based projects preferred) · Relevant knowledge of food industry standards, plant utility and automation systems · Strong understanding of standard food processing unit operations and equipment
