Job Description : Injection Molding Head INDIA Position- Head Injection Mold Shop Qualification- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Experience- 15-20 Years in Injection Molding (Plastic Parts) Location- Chakan MIDC Phase II, Village Bhamboli, Tal Khed, Dist - Pune Professional Field- Injection Molding/ Plastic Molding/ Exteriors Plastic Molding Parts Skills- Injection Process, Injection expert, Automotive, Customer & Result oriented, Communication and Leadership Roles and Responsibilities: - Develops and implements injection manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements, customer expectations and plant objectives ensuring optimum performance against IPIs. - Coaches and develops team leaders, to ensure maximum efficiency on shifts. - Implements continuous improvement plans and activities to maximize the efficiency and development of the Injection Molding process. - As a process owner, is accountable for the IMS process management(process review, KPIs management, procedure review, corrective and preventive actions implementation as needed & resources provision for process realization)taking into consideration relevant requirements & its evolution. - 12 IPIs with specific focus on injection area (CNQ, RFT, Molding Scrap, Standards & Network). - Taking part in the implementation of the plant progress plan encouraging staff involvement, through the implementation of specific follow-up activities. - Leading daily production meetings, adjusting the resources according to the changes, implementing and making sure the efficiency of corrective actions. - Providing appropriate support on new programs development in relation with Program development team.
