Job Description : Chief Digital & Technology Officer – Logistics DUBAI UAE Dubai-based logistics firm that provides services such as supply chain management, warehousing and freight forwarding. They are on the look out for an experienced CTO from the logistics and transportation industry who will lead the company’s transformation aspirations, execute of the company’s business transformation strategy, upgrade the customer experience and drive organizational change using digital technologies to improve performance. Responsibilities • Optimize customer experience through seamless and easy to use up to date digital solutions • Drive organizational cost leadership and efficiencies through productivity-based measurements and models. • Increase operational efficiency in cost per shipment. • Digitize customer journey. • Lead transformation journey from legacy systems and team structure. • Drive culture performance index. • Manage large teams across various regions. Requirements • Only candidates with a minimum of 10 years Logistics experience will be considered • You must have solid experience managing large teams in Information Technology and Digital Innovation. • Full P&L responsibility. • This role is based in Dubai, International candidates are welcome to apply but must be willing to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
