Job Description : COO PUNE INDIA FOR AUTO PARTS JV with a Multinational Company), experience 20+ years required, salary budget 60 lac (s) to 80 lac(s), this role will be accountable for businessstrategist (design & implement) - set goals, establishes polices that promotes company culture & vision, achieve and surpass sales targets, manage profitability, cashflow, lead employees to extract maximum performance. Operational improvements – optimize cost/cost improvement, review cost of production and product costs, manage operational infrastructure, achieve production target plan vs actual, meet P&L targets. Development of the organization – implement growth strategies and processes, assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the company to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives, represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners, develop new customers, expand market shares. Culture & talentmanagement – retain high performers, responsible for people development. Ensure environmental heat & safety. Functional/technical competencies - product and manufacturing process knowledge, quality assurance and ISO TS 16949 awareness, root cause analysis, machine knowledge, continuous improvement, exposure to sap, business analytics. Prefer candidates from automotive tier 1 manufacturing companies having good experience into anti-vibration systems.
