Production Planning And Control Engineer

Job Description : PRODUCTION PLANNING AND CONTROL ENGINEER TANZANIA 10-15 years experience · To schedule for material Planning and follow-up with the concerned departments. · To keep inventory of raw material, WIP, Finished Goods and major consumables as well. · Raw material and major consumables procurement planning based on available stock and monthly sales forecasting. · Looking over all production planning of Cold Rolling Mills, AL-Zn Line, Color Coating Line, HR Trimming Line, SMS and Rolling Mill, Tube Mills and wire division. · Generation of different MIS reports. (I.e. daily and monthly production reports of the entire plant, Inventory details of RM, WIP & Finish goods). · Managing the Production and Quality of Rolling Mill and Tube Mill. · Liaising among different government departments e.g. TBS, WMA etc. · Implementation of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
