Your primary goal will be to increase our clients organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights within the Wholesale and Retail Value Chain. Responsibilities · Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy · Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations · Business performance (short to medium term) · Budgets and Risk Management · Human Resources · Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth · Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research Qualifications and Experience · 25 years' of Executive Management experience within a wholesale & retail environment · 15 years experience as a Buyer · Chartered Accountant Qualification · Strategic planning and business development experience Skills · Strong written and verbal and presentation skills · Strong leadership and organizational skills · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Strong Communicator · High level business acumen and detail orientated · Report writing
