Job Description : GM SOUTH AFRICA A diversely reputable Mining Company in South Africa is looking for their next great hire. A seasoned operational and proactive Leader who can only make the Company stronger with the skill-set required as a General Manager of Mining and Crushers. MUST HAVE OPEN CAST MINE EXPERIENCE To ensure all round smooth running operations performance and functionality of the Mining and Crushers using safe and effective operations while being profitable and seeing to the overall climate of the mine and plant Seeing to operation and finance performance as well as managing and guiding a diverse Team Dealing with business partners and key stakeholders Corporate governance (oversight) The following is essential to the position: 15 years relevant mining experience; with at least 5 years senior management level experience. Minimum 5 years open cast/Open pit mining experience.
