Job Description : CFO CANADA Based in Saint John, New Brunswick, CAA Atlantic has more than doubled in size in the past 10 years and now serves more than 256,000 Members in all four Atlantic Provinces. CAA has a long history of advocacy as the voice of the travelling public. Reporting to the President & CEO, the CFO is a strategic partner within the business and a key player on the Leadership Team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the finance team and all financial processes as the company pursues a sustainable growth plan. The CFO is responsible for high-level financial analyses to support strategic and operational business functions. As a hands-on leader, the CFO plays an active role in day to day work while balancing the long term goals of the business. The CFO has oversight for all control risks that impact the financial results of the organization, as such; this role is responsible for ensuring the organization is pacing towards its financial targets. As the ideal candidate, you have a CPA designation combined with a minimum of f15 + years in a similar progressive financial role. You have experience as a senior member of a management team with demonstrated capabilities in executing strategy with a proven track record in overall financial and organizational management. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented, people-focused leader who is a driver of corporate and team performance. Excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset are a must. The CFO will be required to travel regionally, nationally and internationally from time to time.
