Job Description : CEO THAILAND of a rapidly growing logistics company in Chonburi, Thailand. About the CEO Role: This role is taking responsibility of an internationally owned company which employ around 250 people in Thailand. The successful candidate will have full legal and p&l responsibility for this business. You will enjoy attractive salary with provident fund and company car. Key Responsibilities: · To be the legally accountable and responsible for the company · Developing business plans, budgets, and strategies, in conjunction with COO and CFO, for consideration by the board and, to the extent approved by the board, implementing these plans, budgets and strategies · Implementing the policies, processes and codes of conduct approved by the board and facilitating the monitoring and reviewing of, and reporting against, those policies, processes and codes of conduct · Keep the Board of Directors informed of all events and circumstances which have, or may be likely to have, a material impact on the organisation · Oversee all relevant business and operations activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission for the company · Communicate, on behalf of the company, with customers, owners, government entities, and the public etc. · Lead the development of the company’s short and long?term strategy, vision, mission, and implement The successful candidate will be an experienced leader in the logistics industry and can speak both English and Thai. Key Requirements: · 10+ years experience in the logistics industry · Can communicate in English and Thai ( preferred) · Strong business acumen · Can build a winning culture · Good understanding of the regulatory framework relevant for the logistics industry in Thailand
