Supply Chain Head

Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN HEAD VIETNAM This position will directly work with sourcing, cross functions and US counterpart for fulfilment operation and onboarding execution. Also, you will be driving supply chain improvement and value creation projects. Key Responsibilities: · Support fulfilment issue when the business needs. Consolidate information from suppliers assigned in a weekly basis. Create fulfilment metrics and drive delivery performance of suppliers · Conduct plants visit and preproduction readiness check, capacity assessment to proactive manage the supplier risks · Conduct team reports of delivery metrics, monthly report and crisis management · Supply chain improvement and value creation projects To succeed in this role, you must have excellent time management and prioritisation, leadership, problem solving, presentation and written/verbal communication skills. Key Requirements: · Minimum 15 years factory operations experience in a manufacturing environment or working with contract manufacturing partners with focus on supply or production planning · Versatility and adaptability with a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, working independently to create and execute plans of action, and ability to influence and deliver results in a dynamic, cross functional, global, team-oriented environment · Project management skill is an advantage
