Job Description : FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER INDONESIA An excellent Finance Business Partner (Commercial) job has just become available at a leading multinational manufacturing and production company in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be reporting directly to the CFO. About the Finance Business Partner (Commercial) Role: This position will be a critical role within the finance division reporting directly to the Group CFO. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a multinational company. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare and evaluate budgets, forecasts and stretch budgeting and forecasting growth plans to help ensure consistency with sound business management and corporate objectives · Commercial analysis and management reporting on customer profitability, promotion evaluation, SKU profitability, and evaluate accrual · Ensure reporting of corporate financial as required by both internal and external customers are prepared according to required timelines · Be the main finance contact person in Indonesia who can proactively work, lead finance team and collaborate with internal customers to provide support in order to achieve business objectives · Identify and make recommendations that optimise business processes and improve financial and other internal controls · Support regional and global initiatives related to financial reporting To succeed in this role, you must possess good communication and strong business partnering skills. Key Requirements: · Bachelor's (or above) degree in accounting or equivalent · More than eight years' experience in business/finance area · SAP knowledge · Good command of English · Sense of responsibility · Positive mindset and motivated
